Opening Rain on Glass
Rain on Glass: a rainy window to wipe
A window on a rainy evening, the city lights soft and blurred behind it. Drops land, bead up, join together and run down the glass, and every drop holds a tiny upside-down picture of the lights.
How to play
- Swipe across the glass to wipe the rain and fog away. The rain slowly comes back.
- Tap for a big drop and watch it slide down.
- Pick a view: Night city, Forest dawn or Storm.
- Press the fog button to keep the glass clear.
- Turn on sound for soft rain, and distant thunder in the storm.
Questions
- Why are the lights upside down inside the drops?
- Each raindrop on a window works like a tiny lens. It gathers light from the scene behind it and flips the picture, so the drops show sharp little upside-down copies of the blurry lights.
